1. Right of Withdrawal Period

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product. However, the scope of the right of withdrawal differs for the custom-made and personalized cut products specified below.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions for Fabric Orders

The products offered for sale at Akbaşlar Kumaş are evaluated as follows:

A) Fabrics Cut Based on Meterage

Fabrics cut from fabric rolls in the measurements determined specifically for the customer’s order, such as 1 meter, 2 meters, 5 meters, etc., are considered personalized products.

In accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, returns and exchanges cannot be made for these products, which are specially prepared in line with the consumer’s request, except in cases of production defect, incorrect product shipment, or defective product.

We kindly ask you to carefully determine the meterage you need before placing your order.

B) Ready-Packaged and Standard-Sized Products

For products packaged in standard sizes and offered for sale on a per-piece basis, you may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the product has not been used, damaged, and is in resalable condition.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order includes situations such as;

Incorrect product shipment
Production-related defect in the fabric
Print or pattern defect
Tear, hole, or serious deformation
Delivery of a product not suitable for the order

your product may be exchanged free of charge or accepted for return.

In such cases, we kindly ask you to send photos of the product to our customer service team so that the issue can be evaluated more quickly.

4. Return Process

You may use one of the following methods to create your return request:

Creating a request by e-mail

For approved returns, the product must be properly packaged and sent to us together with its invoice.

Shipping Fees

For returns caused by production defects or incorrect shipment, the shipping fee is covered by Akbaşlar Kumaş.
For returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.

5. Corporate Customer Returns

For the return of products purchased with a corporate invoice, a return invoice must be issued by the relevant company in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Corporate returns without a return invoice cannot be processed due to financial legislation.

6. Refund

After the returned product reaches our warehouse, the necessary checks are carried out.

The amount of products found suitable for return conditions is refunded through the payment method used within 3 to 7 business days from the approval date.

The time it takes for credit card refunds to be reflected in your account may vary depending on the banks’ transaction processes.
